Refund Policy

Credit Packs

Unused credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided the credits have not been spent. If you've used some but not all credits from a pack, the unused portion is refundable on a pro-rata basis.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle — you keep access until the end of your current billing period. Monthly and annual plans are refundable within 7 days of the charge if you haven't used more than 25% of your monthly credits.

Failed Generations

If a generation fails due to a system error (not user input), credits are automatically refunded to your account. Failed generations do not count toward your usage. No action required — the refund is instant and automatic.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your account email and the transaction ID. Refunds are processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method.
