How specific does my description need to be?

Specific enough to uniquely identify the target. "The red coffee cup in the foreground" beats "the cup" if there are two cups in the frame.

Is there a brush-based mask tool?

Coming in a follow-up release. Today the description-only mode handles most cleanup cases.

Can I remove people?

Yes — describe them by position or attribute ("the person on the left").

What if the result has artifacts?

Retry with a more specific description. The model fills in the background where the object was — busier backgrounds are harder to reconstruct cleanly.
