  • AI service providers: your uploaded images are sent to our AI generation partner to produce content. These providers process images solely for generation and do not retain them beyond the processing window.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers within the United States and European Union. We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including:

  • TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit.
  • Encrypted storage for sensitive data at rest.
  • JWT-based authentication with short-lived access tokens.
  • Regular security audits and monitoring.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload. Generated content is licensed to you as described in our Terms of Service. We may retain generated content in our systems for service delivery, but we do not use your personal photos to train AI models without your explicit consent.

  • Account data: retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion.
  • Uploaded photos: retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
  • Generated content: retained while your account is active unless you delete it earlier.
  • Payment records: retained as required by tax and financial regulations (typically 7 years).

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Delete your account and associated data.
  • Export your data in a portable format.
